In response to organizational request, I can design and deliver various educational programs, team building, leadership effectiveness, performance development, emotional intelligence, patient education and workplace diversity. Additionally, I have functioned as a regional and national marketer, facilitated group interventions in the areas of strategic planning, management assessment and restructuring, program development, staff recruitment, and leadership development. This is an excellent book by two authors with both practical experience on the front lines of treatment backed by a thorough knowledge of the growing amount of literature in the field. This is the original meaning of “evidenced based”, clinical experience plus knowledge of the latest research.
This book provides a good outline for both the executive and the team members. This and administrative knowledge of team formation provides a valuable tool for team leaders and team members.
